1. Introduction

2. Products
The Seller provides digital products (such as downloadable music, educational materials, or similar). By purchasing a digital product, the Customer acknowledges that the product is delivered electronically and no physical shipping takes place.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed through the online store. The Customer selects products, fills in the necessary details, and confirms the order before final submission.
Available payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, or other gateways as specified at checkout.
The payment is considered completed once confirmed by the Seller.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
After successful payment, the Customer will receive an e-mail with a download link or direct access to the purchased product.
Delivery is usually immediate. In case of technical delays, the Seller will ensure access as soon as possible.
5. Right of Withdrawal
According to EU consumer protection law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to digital content once the download or streaming has begun, provided the Customer has been informed and has given explicit consent to the immediate supply of digital content before the withdrawal period expires.
By completing the purchase and starting the download, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to this limitation.
6. Complaints and Warranty
If the purchased digital product is defective (e.g., corrupted file, inaccessible download), the Customer must notify the Seller at info@tomasjochmann.com.
The Seller will provide a corrected file, a new download link, or another suitable solution without undue delay.
If the issue cannot be resolved, the Customer is entitled to a refund.
7. Personal Data Protection
The Seller processes personal data (name, e-mail, billing address) only for order processing and legal obligations.

8. Intellectual Property
All digital products, including music, texts, or educational materials, are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of the Seller.
The Customer is granted a non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing with third parties is prohibited without prior written consent.
9. Liability
The Seller is not liable for technical issues on the Customer’s side (e.g., incompatible software, insufficient internet connection).
The Seller ensures that digital products are delivered in a functional format as specified on the product page.
10. Changes to Terms
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and relevant EU regulations.
